Naomi Judd was wished good bye by her friends, family and relatives at Nashville’s Ryman auditorium for “Naomi Judd: A river of Time Celebration“. The celebration was aired live on CMT. It will again be re-broadcasted on CT at 10pm ET/9CT. Everyone including Judd’s family members, fans and many artist had gathered together at Ryman to pay their respect to Naomi Judd, who had left us to reside in heaven on 30th April 2022. In the performance night, tribute was seen from both the daughters Wyonna and Ashley Judd, while Larry Strickland was also present among the audience.

Who sang the Rose with Wynonna Judd? – Wyonna Judd was being joined with Brandi Carlile for a beautiful performance of “The Rose” at Naomi Judd : A River of Time Celebration on Sunday night that was 15th May 2022.

The crowd was captivated with Wyonna Judd and Brandi Carlile’s performance. Their was even a time when Wyonna Judd broke down and asked the band to repeat the part again.

Everyone including Judd’s family members, fans and many artist had gathered together at Ryman to pay their respect to Naomi Judd, who had left us to reside in heaven on 30th April 2022. In the performance night, tribute was seen from both the daughters Wyonna and Ashley Judd, while Larry Strickland was also present among the audience.

There were a lot of celebrities who taped messages for Naomi. Among them Salma Hayek said,”The first time I met Naomi, I felt like I was meeting Scarlett O’Hara”; Reese Witherspoon said,”Naomi was a fierce mother, who raise two amazing women”; Oprah Winfrey said,”Naomi left a heart print on every life she touched”. Morgan Freeman, Reba McEntire and Bette Midler had also taped greetings for Naomi Judd.

All the people including Carlile, Ashley McBryde, Little Big Town, Allison Russell, Emmylou Harris who had performed at the Ryman stage to pay tribute to Naomi Judd had a special connection with the Judds.

Wynonna Judd performed on River of Time by changing the lyrics from “My love is gone, gone, gone” to “My mother is gone, gone, gone”. After River of Time, Emmylou Harris and Allison Russell performed on “The Sweetest Gift”, Brad Paisley performed on “Young Love”.
