Gandhi Jayanti Images – Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated every year on 2nd October to mark the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. This day is celebrated as a day of non-violence as Mahatma Gandhi believed in non-violence and he was a non-violent freedom fighter. Mahatma Gandi was given as the name Father of Nation by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose for his immense struggle in independence.
